Beginner's Yoga Course (part 2):

Welcome to a Journey of Mindfulness, Movement and Serenity

Inclusive and Adaptive: This course is tailored to accommodate all skill levels, ensuring that everyone feels welcome and supported. Whether you're a beginner wanting to continue on your journey, or have some yoga experience, you will be guided through each pose with clarity and encouragement.

What to Expect:

  1. Gentle Warm-up: Begin each session with a gentle warm-up to prepare your body for the practice ahead. I will guide you through simple stretches and breathing exercises to ease tension and promote flexibility.

  2. Accessible Poses: Explore foundational yoga poses (asana) designed for beginners, with variations and modifications to suit individual needs. Feel empowered as you progress at your own pace, gradually building strength and confidence.

  3. Embodied Sequences: Immerse yourself in the beauty of an Embodied style flow; a dynamic and fluid practice that encourages a harmonious connection between movement and breath. This approach allows for smooth transitions from one pose to the next, promoting a sense of grace and mindfulness.

  4. Relaxation and Meditation: Wind down each session with a calming meditation and relaxation segment. Unwind, let go of stress, and leave feeling rejuvenated, carrying the tranquillity of your practice into your daily life.
