If you’re feeling the need to slow down and reset before the weekend, I’d love to invite you to a special Deep Rest – Restorative Yoga session in my home studio.
This 90-minute class is designed to help you deeply unwind and let go of the week’s stress. With the soothing combination of candlelight, yoga nidra, gentle supported poses, and calming sound healing, we’ll create a peaceful space for your body and mind to completely relax.
Whether you're craving stillness, softness, or just a moment to breathe—this session offers a little sanctuary to support you.
